At 4i Airavat, we pride ourselves on our transparent and straightforward approach to fund structure. We believe that understanding the way in which our fund is structured is essential for our investors to make informed decisions. We are committed to transparency and clear communication with all our partners.
  • Over the last 10-15 years, over multiple cycles of crests and troughs, one thing which has persisted has been an obsession with valuation and attaining unicorn status at startups.
  • At 4i Airavat, we are singularly not focused on startup valuation. We believe in investing in sustainable companies capable of steady and aggressive topline growth, which break even and attain free cash flows over a 7-10 year period.
  • We aim to close a 3-5x return on Investments over a 10 year fund cycle for our investors

Who can Apply?

We are always looking for promising entrepreneurs with the drive and determination to succeed. If you have an innovative business idea and are looking for funding to turn it into a reality, 4i Airavat is the the perfect fit for you.
  • We welcome applications from startups in a variety of sectors, including D2C, Cleantech, Healthcare, UAVs & EV, and Aerospace.
  • We are particularly interested in startups that are based in or serve tier II and III cities and have the potential to make a positive impact in these emerging markets.
  • We are open to working with startups at all stages of development, however our primary focus is on startups in the Seed and Revenue Generation stage.
  • To be eligible for investment, startups should have a clear vision, a strong management team, and a viable business model.
  • We welcome applications from diverse teams and are committed to supporting underrepresented founders.
